Sarah E. Berger is a 2012 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, double majoring in Physics and Management. Sarah also served as an Editor on the William Mitchell Law Review Volume 38 and received distinction as member of the William Mitchell Fellows Program. Sarah is an active member in various communities around the Twin Cities and frequently offers educational workshops at the YMCA and other service organizations for individuals in all stages of life.
Sarah is a resident of the Longfellow neighborhood of Minneapolis and spends her free time cooking, gardening and traveling with her husband Mark. She is a four-time Ironman finisher and competed in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii in 2014.
Sarah’s practice consists primarily of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Cabin Planning and Small Business work. In her estate planning she works with individuals, couples and families to develop comprehensive and efficient estate plans through wills, trusts, incapacity instruments and other related documents. Sarah also works with those suffering from the loss of a loved one to smoothly and cost-effectively navigate the administration of an estate through the probate system or by providing counsel to trustees. Business clients are also in good hands as Sarah has owned two successful small businesses and can guide entrepreneurs through the ups and downs of business ownership. Sarah is professional yet approachable and is full of positive energy when it comes to helping her clients.
